  • completed application form
  • passport‑style photo (4x6 cm) for VoA (if applicable)
  • proof of accommodation
  • round‑trip ticket
  • proof of funds (minimum THB threshold may apply)
  • travel insurance (recommended)
  • completed Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) within required timeframe before arrival
