1. Consultation Scope
BlueMaple Travel provides professional visa guidance and consultation services only. We do not arrange, operate, or conduct any tours, travel bookings, or on-ground travel management.
2. Document Ownership & Security
BlueMaple Travel does not retain or hold clients’ original passports under any circumstances. All original documents remain the property and responsibility of the client. We only collect digital scans or photocopies for the purpose of preparing visa applications and ensuring accuracy in documentation.
3. Professional Application Handling
Our expert team carefully reviews every client’s documents and case history. Applications are processed only once BlueMaple Travel is fully satisfied with the applicant’s intent to travel genuinely and maintain strong ties to Pakistan.
4. Individual Case Evaluation
Each visa application is assessed on an individual basis. Depending on the case type and embassy requirements, BlueMaple Travel may request additional supporting documents to strengthen the application.
5. Visa Decision Disclaimer
BlueMaple Travel has no control over visa approval or refusal decisions. The final decision rests solely with the respective embassy or consulate. Our role is limited to documentation support and guidance.
6. Processing Time & Embassy Delays
All processing times are estimated and may vary based on embassy workload, applicant profile, or peak travel seasons. BlueMaple Travel is not responsible for any delay from embassy or third-party services.
7. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Consultation or service charges are non-refundable once the application has been processed or submitted. Any government, embassy, or biometric fees are also non-refundable under any circumstances.
8. Authenticity of Documents
Clients must ensure all documents and information provided to BlueMaple Travel are authentic and verifiable. Any false or misleading information can result in visa refusal or a permanent travel ban by the concerned embassy.
9. Confidentiality
BlueMaple Travel ensures that all personal and financial information shared by clients is kept strictly confidential and used only for visa processing and documentation purposes.
10. Health & Travel Responsibility
BlueMaple Travel is not responsible for any medical, quarantine, or travel-related issues (including COVID-19 or other health restrictions). All such responsibilities and expenses rest solely with the applicant.
